At the Albarado Law Firm, P.C., in Denton and Gainesville, Texas, we are committed to providing the highest level of service in representing clients with criminal defense, family law, immigration law and personal injury needs. Our understanding approach to legal representation is rooted in founding attorney, Emmanuel Albarado's philosophy, that "YOU ARE NOT YOUR MISTAKES" (guilty or not). Emmanuel knows what it is like to be the defendant in a criminal case and he learned both: that momentary lapses in judgment; and/or being charged for a crime that you did not commit, can affect you the rest of your life.
The son of a World Champion Boxer (Oscar "Shotgun" Albarado), Emmanuel was born with a fighting spirit which frequently resulted in him getting into trouble with the law during his adolescent and college years. In adulthood, Emmanuel decided to turn away from his troubled past and allowed God to harness his fighting spirit to serve others through the practice of law. It was this change of heart that inspired Emmanuel to attend Regent University School of Law whose motto is, "Christian Leadership to Change the World," a mission in which Emmanuel does not take lightly.
After graduating from law school, Emmanuel served as an Assistant County Attorney in Cooke County, Texas, prosecuting a wide range of criminal and juvenile cases. He decided to start The Albarado Law Firm, P.C., so that he could continue to focus his efforts on helping people in need. As a criminal defense attorney, Emmanuel has defended cases at every criminal level from a First Degree Felony Murder Trial down to a Class C Misdemeanor Traffic Ticket.

Hired Law firm 2022-2025I hired the Albarado Law Firm for my immigration case, and it has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. They had all the necessary documents for my case for nearly two years and failed to complete it. Despite my persistent check-ins with both Roxanna and Emmanuel, and their repeated promises that everything would be resolved, they made no progress. The Albarado Law Firm's inaction has jeopardized my immigration case and caused significant personal and financial harm. Communication has been nonexistent—I’ve sent follow-ups, but Emmanuel has ignored my requests for a resolution. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think twice before entrusting them with your case. Empty promises and a lack of accountability have defined my experience.

Hired Law firm 2023This law firm does not deserve any stars. In fact, I will be filing a grievance demanding their license to practice be suspended. Roxanna missed 2 court dates and did not notify me however, this firm has stolen $1000 from me for a retainer to represent my juvenile son and has become complicit with many other elected contributing, to district judges Alex Kim criminal, and an ethical misconduct. A directive to apprehend was issued for my son when he was scheduled for a pre-trial on 7/5/23 at 1:30pm and I was notified at 8:08 AM that morning. Roxanna, never presented any evidence to my son on his case even though I asked her several on multiple occasions that we schedule an appointment so we can meet her in person to see the evidence that she was allegedly given. I am doing everything in my power to make sure this law firm will no longer be able to practice. This is unacceptable and they will be held accountable with many others. Needless to say, they will also be named in a federal lawsuit and charges that I will be demanding be filed against all parties involved.

After consulting 4 different attorneys in the Denton area, I decided to hire Mr. Albarado for an enforcement AOG case. His staff was very professional and made my difficult time easier and less stressful. Mr. Albarado went above and beyond to obtain justice for me. Hired Law firm 2020-2021Absolutely awful, a 3 months case (they told me it would take that long) after a year and the best-case scenario (described by them) and they don’t even return my calls to check how is my case. just don't even call them
