Matt is licensed to practice in both Texas and Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri Columbia in 1997 and went on to attend the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, where he obtained his law degree in 2000. He is active in the legal community and is a member of the American Association for Justice, as well as the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Mattâs extensive and impressive case results have earned a number of accolades across the years. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2014.
