Monioluwa is a licensed Nigerian lawyer with over six years of experience in general corporate law advising individuals and Corporate entities on Business formation, Due Diligence and Corporate Governance and Business immigration . Her legal career began with an externship at the Lagos State Special Offences Court, where she trained under the mentorship of Hon. Justice O.A. Williams (Mrs.).Her international experiences strengthen her comparative legal analysis skills.
She recently earned an LL.M. in U.S. Law from the University of Houston Law Center. Demonstrating her strong legal research and presentation skills, she emerged as a finalist in the university’s Three-Minute Thesis competition for her work on the impact of artificial intelligence on privacy rights, with particular reference to the “Take It Down” Law. She graduated from the University of Lagos and was sworn as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Monioluwa recently passed the Texas Bar Examination in her first attempt with a score qualifying her for admission in most Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) jurisdictions. She currently awaits her MPRE results.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and spending quality time with her family.
