He serves as a Director of Valves Unlimited, Inc., a specialty valve company catering to the oil & gas refining industry; a Director of Impact Guidance Systems, Inc., a developer of high quality intelligent downhole tools for the drilling/completions and data acquisition aspects for the oil & gas industry; a Director of ResTech, Inc., a multiple disciplinary reservoir evaluation services company specializing in the integration and interrogation of subsurface data used in the upstream oil and gas industry; and a Director of Caymus Energy Fund Offshore, Ltd., a market-neutral equity fund focusing on domestic companies in the energy industry engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas and other natural resources.
