Mr. Holladay is a highly skilled trial attorney that has obtained successful results in numerous types of cases involving death and other types of catastrophic injuries.
In 2019, Attorney & Practice Magazine named Mr. Holladay a "Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney." He was named "Litigator of the Year" by the American Institute of trial Lawyers that same year. In 2020 he was given the "Elite Advocate" award by the American Institute of Legal Advocates, and he was recognized for "Excellence in Personal Injury Law" for the last four years consecutively. Mr. Holladay is also an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Holladay receive his law degree at the University of Houston Law Center and is licensed to practice law before all Texas state courts as well as Federal Courts in The Southern District and Northern District of Texas.
