Overview

Jennifer primarily practices in the areas of civil insurance defense and personal injury law. Prior to joining Boyd, Boyd & Giddens, she worked as in-house counsel for a well-known insurance company and a private law firm in Houston, Texas. Jennifer enjoys meeting with clients and helping provide guidance and peace of mind while going through unexpected legal situations.

Jennifer graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2016. While in law school, she served as Chief Justice for the Board of Advocates organizing in-house dispute-resolution, mock trial and moot court competitions along with hosting legal seminars, workshops and filed trips for law students. Jennifer was also a member of the Garland R. Walker American Inns of Court.

Jennifer was born and raised in the Houston area with a short stint in Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida while attending IMG Academies-David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University while being a member of the Texas State Women's golf team.

In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, and long walks with her dog, Jack. She is also a member at South Spring Baptist Church and loves serving in the preschool ministry.
