Founding attorney Roger Sanders has been practicing law for more than 30 years. In March 2011, he gave a presentation on finance and foreclosure law for the Utah Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminars. Our law firm also gained publicity for obtaining a favorable outcome in a foreclosure defense case in federal court. It was the first time a Utah judge required a lender to produce a promissory note in foreclosure proceedings.

Located near the Washington County library in Hurricane, Sanders Ruesch & Reeve, PLLC, also serves clients in Cedar City, St. George, Washington County, Iron County and throughout southern Utah.
