A former prosecutor in Newport News and Fauquier County, he has handled a full range of cases from everyday speeding to serious felonies, as well as cases in Juvenile & Domestic Relations, General District, and Circuit Courts. Licensed since 2006, he represents clients in both state and federal courts in criminal defense, DUI/DWI, traffic offenses, juvenile matters and personal injury.
His education includes a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from Radford University.
