I hired Mr.Fox to go over our issue with the property taxes. During the closing, bank made a mistake and didn’t withhold enough money for the escrow which was a result of $700 increase in our monthly mortgage. Terry was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us figured out what happened while bank was pointing the other directions.

I would highly recommend this firm. No one understands Standardized Builder Contract (With Risks associated with Waiver of warranties) better than them. Its a detailed process to ensure that all clauses are discussed, so their higher consult fee is worth it.

I would highly recommend Fox and Moghul for any real estate partition action. They are very knowledgeable in this subject matter and I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a title dispute with someone else, especially during a divorce.

Having hired Fox & Moghul, I would NOT recommend using them. Their initial consultation fees are high, the attorney was so late to the consultation twice we needed to reschedule at the last minute both times, and when we did have the consultation, the attorney's dog was barking and interrupting the conversation a great deal. I then hired Fox & Moghul to negotiate a settlement in a real estate transaction which they did not do and still charged me $2,200 in fees despite not doing what I hired them for. Overall, this firm lacks the professionalism and integrity I would expect. Also, their billing practices are unbelievable. They sent me three months of invoices at once and paid themselves with the deposit I left despite not giving me an opportunity to review or approve the invoices. When I disputed the billing since the firm did not do what I asked, the attorney I hired confused me with another case and said they bill for time, not for value provided. I would steer clear of Fox & Moghul. They do not care about their clients nor do they operate in an honest fashion.

I worked with Mr. Moghul in obtaining a release from liability from a tenant who claimed unhealthy breathing conditions at my property. Mr. Moghul was responsive, very thorough, and explained everything in detail. His suggestions for the text of the release were excellent and everything worked out. I now sleep much better thanks to Mr. Moghul.
