I met David Bice and the members of his law firm October 2022, my case made it court February 2023. I struggle to find the appropriate descriptors for my experience with The Bice Law team. Not only was my case complex and difficult to navigate it was emotional. Custody of a child especially a grandchild is all these things. Awesome, marvelous, extraordinary, are as close as words will let me describe my experience. David Bice is a master when it comes to courtroom performance. When he enters the room a switch is thrown and he is in his atmosphere, his zone, his comfort zone. His presence is inspiring and kept me calm when my emotions were high. Family law attorneys, Bice law is my choice and I would dread facing them in a courtroom.

If you’re looking for an attorney who doesn’t care what you want and only cares about the money then hire David Bice. He was probably the worse lawyer I could have picked but in my emotional time I just went for the first person I found unfortunately. He was never fully paying attention to me and despite telling him the ONLY thing I cared about was my son during my divorce he kept trying to take me down unnecessary avenues. He was not punctual at all and several times it would be weeks to months before he would respond to my email or calls. I felt more like I worked for him instead of him working for me. In the end my divorce cost me over $25k when it should have been half that if he didn’t nickel and dime me. When I switched to a new lawyer for further matters, he took one look at our custody agreement and asked why my lawyer ever agreed to half the stuff in it. I regret ever going with David and highly recommend NOT going with him unless you just don’t care what happens.
