David Whaley

David Whaley founded Whaley Paules, LLC, in 1979 and focuses on personal injury and criminal defense. He has tried over 450 jury trials and knows that preparation goes a long way to winning in court. Abigail Paules has spent her career zealously advocating for clients and defending their constitutional rights. She worked as a public defender for the first six years of her career, representing indigent clients charged with crimes. During that time, she handled almost 2,000 cases.
