Attorney Information
Overview
Lowell C. Barber received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in German. In 1974 he graduated from Gonzaga Law School. Lowell represents clients in medical negligence and personal injury cases. Birth trauma cases have been a major emphasis in his practice. In 2000 Lowell tried a personal injury case to a verdict in Franklin County Washington, which remains as one of the largest, if not the largest, motor vehicle accident verdicts in Franklin County, Washington. Lowell nominated his colleague, with whom he tried the case, as the Washington State Trial Lawyer of the year, which he won, based on the strength of that verdict. Lowell is married with six children and an increasing number of grandchildren. Along with basketball and golf, Lowell's hobbies include stand-up comedy, racquetball and chess.
