With an advocate’s heart and a passion for service, Elizabeth Hall Peterson brings over a decade of experience exclusively in high net-worth, complex family law matters to the Gravis Law Richland team. As lead counsel for many clients across trials, hearings, settlement conferences and other domestic relations legal avenues, Elizabeth has gained the trust of her colleagues and clients due to her written and oral communication skills, a systematic approach to all cases, and genuine compassion for clients and their families.
Elizabeth joined Gravis Law PLLC after working in prominent family law firms in Los Angeles, where she gained experience with all aspects of family law matters such as spousal and child support, asset divisions, custody evaluations, and discovery motions. In addition, Elizabeth has worked alongside forensic accountants, vocational experts, therapists, and other professionals to ensure adequate support for each case and the most persuasive presentation of evidence, striving for the best results for families facing difficult transitions.
What sets Elizabeth apart from the rest is her dedication to teamwork and client-oriented approach. She understands that family law issues are uniquely sensitive and takes the time to listen, coach, and advocate for her clients throughout the process. Her participation in leadership and pro bono opportunities with the Beverly Hills Bar Association, legal aid organizations and her designation as a SuperLawyers® Rising Star show her commitment to the field and her community as well as her never-ending pursuit of her practice’s quality.
Elizabeth is licensed to practice in California and Washington. When she is not advocating for her clients and their families, she enjoys cooking, singing, being active, getting involved in the community, and above all, spending quality time with her husband and their four children.
