I found Green & Wilmot after posting a legal question regarding withholding of wages by my employer on a site like this. Daniel Wilmont answered my question and offered to give me a free consult regarding if it was worth pursuing. So many of the other lawyers I spoke with weren't clear about what my options were so I decided to meet with Mr. Wilmont. The in-person consult convinced me that I should hire this lawyer. He worked steadily on the case in order to get me paid, during delays due to covid and numerous stalls from the employer being sued. Wilmont and his team were always available, great to work with and I felt that every step of the way they were doing what was in my best interest. I highly recommend Andy Green for any employment legal matters for which you may require careful and compassionate representation. Unlike many of the lawyers I contracted regarding my matter, Andy spoke with me directly about my case, then he met with me personally in order to find out all of the details as well as to determine if I actually had a case. Many of the attorneys I contacted wanted to Email endlessly; we all know that does not work for detailed matters; Andy took the time necessary to learn about me, my case and whether he could help me fight for my rights. His office support team was welcoming and supportive throughout the process. When the time came for Andy to present my case to the Administrative Law Judge, he was tough and professional in his presentation, as well as his questioning of witnesses. He took the time to be certain that I understood my role in the hearing; also that I was properly prepared for my testimony so that I was not nervous in front of the proceedings. I think that you will do well to contact Andy if you have any employment issues for which you need an attorney who will be on your side.

I looked over his “Bio” I would believe. That business law should be a strong factor here. I didn’t feel that yes he got the concept of this case. But then I thought there would be hope that yes ‘ He would have to do a little investigation in contract law and this should be a completely a justified claim against this insurance claim. He offered his services if I was to pay 360 dollars he told me he would call me on Friday to report to me as he told me that he called Hagerty insurance and left a message. He said that he left his name and told them he was representing me. “I will call you on Friday” I waited on Friday no call then after 2 weeks I when to his office and brought a letter from Hagerty showing me that he hadn’t provided them and convincing a justification of his intent as council. The lady at the desk was “Nasty “ to say the least as told me that he was so busy with big cases. I told her that I paid 360.00 for his service which he was to provide. She said oh know it was just for the talk. No I told her that he said if you pay me 360.00 I will call you on Friday” that meant with an answer which didn’t happen. Refund my money as your to busy for my little job and I find somebody else who will call on Friday. S
