I'm totally grateful for the Jan Dils attorney at law team!!! I was told by so many people that it would take me two plus year's to get my disability. Like many others I was denied disability the first time I applied. After my first denial I contacted Jan Dils office and they took over. They made things so much easier for me. They took care of doing the appeal. Everyone that I've ever spoke with from the law firm was always super nice and knowledgeable. Instead if taking two plus year's to get my disability I got my disability in one year and two months. I was pleased with the work of Jan Dils! I've recommended the law firm to other people and I'll continue to do so. One again THANK YOU Jan Dils team for all your help!!!

They are losers. This law office pick and chose who they want to represent. They don't help veterans. Fake advertisements saying they want to represent veterans. Don't bother go somewhere else.

They decided not to represent my disability case without even knowing what my disabilities were, they never even asked me what they were. Who does that? I was told that they wouldn't represent, ¹ because my cessation letter didn't state what they wanted and ² they didn't think that they could win. I don't know about you, but I find an attorney that won't represent you because they don't think they can win is a little shady. I thought attorneys were there to represent you and help you win.

I was referred to Jan Dils's Office regarding a potential VA appeal. The office called me the next day, which was very reassuring, and I was treated as a priority. The intake officer was very respectful, professional, and put me at ease, making the stress and trauma of having to potentially hire an attorney easier to manage, especially with the sea of questionable options all over the internet. More importantly, they let me know I could do the claim myself without needing an attorney. This alone proves this business is honest, authentic, and genuine. The Jan Dils firm truly and sincerely has the best interest of the veteran at heart.

Called to see if they would help me with submitting disability benefits but was turned away.

I was very pleased with the speed and concentrated efforts on how they handled my case. My case was taken on by them somewhere around July of 2018 and by October 2018 by was awarded 100% disability after many years of appeals and was turned down by one law firm saying I had no case. I have since recommended The Dias firm to many.

I’m a disabled O.I.F. Veteran. I had several clams in with the VA. One of which was for PTSD. I was turned down by the VA for it. I was then contacted by her office. And told to give up on it. That I’d not be able to get a ratting for it. So I did. After some thought and talking with my doctor. I tried to appeal it. But it was too late. So I had to start a new clame. This time it made it all the way to DC. Where I was given a 100% ratting. But due to having to start over. They only went back to the new clame date. I lost over 10 years of back pay. Due to bad advice from Jan’s office. In turn she lost out on thousand of $. And she still took her 20%.

Worst experience ever! Never submitted the first document on my behalf, never spoke to me in 4 years about my case, and didn’t even bother to show up or call or reschedule my veterans ALJ hearing. I had to do all the work myself and then let her collect 16 grand for NOTHING! Did not do anything they said they would do on my behalf. I do not recommend! From 100% p&t service connected disabled veteran

They leave the burden of proof and the research all up to the client so if your claim is not cut and dried and all laid out for them to submit your claim, then my recommendation is to not waste your time working with this law firm. They will waste your time and efforts filing and sending paperwork to them only to unfortunately deny giving you any assistance. It is my belief they are leaning more toward representation of the VA than representing you as a client. They will eventually deny assisting you with your claim if you don't have a guaranteed obvious claim.
