Ms. Lodahl completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, earning bachelor’s degrees with honors in Political Science, Public Administration and Women's Studies.

Ms. Lodahl is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in federal court in Wisconsin’s Eastern and Western Districts.
