Hired Law firm 2025-2026MGW Law, LLP is the way to go with bad faith insurance claims! In 2025, my home sustained hail damage and the roof needed to be replaced based on inspections done by a professional contractor and an independent home inspector having many years of hail damage experience. The insurance company on the other hand refused to cover the roof claiming there was only normal wear and tear, even though they would cover the rain gutters and downspouts. It was very frustrating and stressful dealing with the insurance company. I filed a complaint with the state's insurance commissioner in regards to the bad faith claim and still got nowhere. I felt completely helpless until I came across a news article about other bad faith claims in which Ryan Graff from MGW Law was being interviewed. I thought if there was anything else I could do, it was to give MGW Law a call. Their high success rate was impressive! Nathan Clemens took on my case and he was great to work with.
