Shelly was helpful at first, but about a month later she became impossible to get ahold of. It would take a week or two for her to return any calls or emails. She assured me of a lot of stuff that she didn't follow through with. I caught her lying on several occasions about what was going on with my case and she would change the subject when I asked about it.
