    Hired Law firm 2023-2024
Carter Clay represented me in a wrongful death and medical malpractice case for my daughter. Not only was he willing to listen to my claim after finding out about my daughter?s chronic health issues, but Carter also researched and became very knowledgeable about her issues and devices. Throughout the whole process, he explained everything to me thoroughly to help me understand and was always willing to answer any questions I had. We settled the case outside of court, and I couldn?t have asked for better representation. I would definitely recommend Hollis, Wright, and Clay to anyone!

Firm Information

Overview

The car and truck accident attorneys at Hollis, Wright & Clay, PC, have been successfully representing injured individuals for decades. Our attorneys have achieved some of the largest settlements and verdicts in the State of Alabama for individuals killed or injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Our law firm commits considerable financial and investigative resources towards every automobile and truck accident claim in order to obtain maximum compensation for our clients. Our attorneys are well-trained and very skilled at dealing with insurance adjusters and presenting each client's claim in the most favorable and persuasive light.

While most automobile and truck accident claims settle before trial, our attorneys prepare each and every case as if it will go to trial. In situations where a trial is necessary in order to achieve a good result for our clients, we will leave no stone unturned. Our attorneys aggressively and relentlessly advocate on behalf of our clients and will be fully prepared to present a winning argument to the judge or jury.

Over the years, our attorneys have been recognized for their accomplishments in the field of personal injury law. Attorneys Andrew Hollis, Josh Wright and Carter Clay are eligible members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which consists of attorneys having obtained verdicts in excess of one million dollars on behalf of their clients. Also, Attorneys Andrew Hollis and Josh Wright were previously selected by their peers to serve as President of the Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ). The mission of ALAJ is to "preserve and protect the constitutional right to trial by jury guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment of the United States Constitution by ensuring that every person or business harmed or injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can hold wrongdoers accountable in the one room where everyone is equal - the courtroom."

Our attorneys also host a weekly television show every Sunday night on WVTM-13 after the local news called The Attorneys. The show features a local guest attorney each week and covers various legal topics. Viewers are invited to call in during the show to have legal questions answered in an off air, free and confidential conversation with one of our attorneys.

In addition to representing individuals injured in automobile and truck accidents, our law firm also helps and represents individuals injured on the job, at construction sites, due to medical malpractice, due to a defective product, drug or medical device and because of various other personal injury and wrongful death incidents.

Our office is centrally located in downtown Birmingham on historic Morris Avenue. Our attorneys are available 24/7 to help with your car and truck accident claim. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis which means we don't get paid unless we recover money on your behalf.
