Overview
J.D. Marsh is a trial lawyer who has represented clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases throughout Alabama. J.D. believes in our mission to his core: "At Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, we help people who have suffered great loss and tragedy have a voice and tell their story".
For J.D., being a trial lawyer is a service profession, and the most rewarding part of his job is helping his clients seek justice and find closure: "Most of my clients have lost a loved one or suffered a catastrophic, life-changing injury. While we can't bring back a loved one or mend bodies, we can help our clients overcome these hardships by seeking justice and working to ensure that no one else has to experience similar tragedies. Through the process of telling their story, our clients begin to find closure and healing".
J.D. and his wife have been together since junior high school. They have three daughters, Selah, Lily and Neriah. J.D. and his family enjoy hunting, fishing and spending time in the outdoors. They are active members of Redeemer Community Church.
