Overview
Kevin Berry lived in several places growing up, but he spent most of his formative youth in Huntsville, Alabama and considers himself a Huntsville native.
After graduating from Athens State University with honors, Mr. Berry went to work for Kable News Company, a worldwide distributor of magazines, as a district sales manager. After his tenure with Kable, he clerked for Southlaw, a large Plaintiff firm in Birmingham, while attending law school at Birmingham School of Law. After graduating with honors, Mr. Berry took and passed the bar exam and was hired as an associate. The majority of his caseload was committed to workers' compensation litigation, however, he also handled automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and Social Security disability cases.
Mr. Berry went into private practice in 2006, opening his own law firm in downtown Birmingham. He opened his Gardendale office in 2010 and returned downtown when he joined the Morgan & Morgan team in their Birmingham office in May of 2017.
Mr. Berry is a former member of the Huntsville Rugby Club, a former Scoutmaster for Troop 283 in Morris, Alabama, and served on the Board of Directors of Gardendale Christian Academy. He enjoys hunting and traveling and, most of all, spending time with his children, son Cole and daughter Sarah Frances.
