Overview
Foster is a North Alabama, Shoals area, native and a graduate of Muscle Shoals High School. He attended the University of South Alabama for undergrad, and divided his summers between the Shoals, Mobile, and the greater Birmingham area, where he worked for the Sumatanga Camp & Conference Center.
He was first introduced to the legal profession during his junior year of undergrad when he worked as a runner at one of the most esteemed personal injury firms in the Southeast. “Under the firm’s tutelage, I saw the vital role that Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorneys serve in protecting and advocating for the communities in which they serve.” This experience motivated him to attend law school and pursue a career in the legal profession.
Foster was recently honored by the Huntsville Business Journal as one of their Top 40 Under 40 for 2026.
