Overview
Richard E. Mather grew up in Hattiesburg, MS and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Upon graduating, After working in television as a journalist Richard moved to Mobile. Not long after moving to Mobile County, Richard went to the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, AL and received his Juris Doctor degree graduating in the top 10% of his class in December 1996. He became a licensed Alabama attorney in April 1997 focusing primarily on automobile accidents, personal injury, and divorce and family law cases. Richard has represented thousands of clients since the beginning of his practice and tried numerous trials. He has successfully tried numerous trials with very good results. He works hard for each and every client whether in court or out. He is dedicated to his philosophy that “every client deserves the best legal representation possible” and takes time with each one to answer fully any questions while providing useful information on what steps to take through the entire process.
Richard is married and has three children. He enjoys spending his time with his family, hunting, fishing. Richard and his wife are avid hikers.
