He was following me around Fred Meyers last week, I knew who it was because he’s the clown of the town. A collective claim to Alaska bar and Kroger’s corporate is long overdue. I’m pregnant now and don’t need this stress. Called the manager at Fred Meyers to file a complaint

    Hired Law firm 2021-2024
Very dangerous and sketchy man, extremely uneducated in law and is an actual embarrassment to work with. He is not respected by piers or judges in the community, and will ruin your case due to lack of professionalism at best. He has little to no clients and works as a bagger at Fred meyers because he has burnt every bridge in town. Ben will 100% corrupt and loose your case for you! Do Not Hire

Fake license. He’s a cashier at the food store. That same food store that is named after the frontman of Queen. Ben is awful. He’s a fake law bot. Not a real lawyer. He doesn’t know the law, he doesn’t even know how to scan a bag of potatoes. How could anybody ever trust him around the cash register and large amounts of money? Dumb, obnoxious, violent. Hundreds of unhappy clients all over the peninsula and in the lower 48. Has shady connections. Beware !

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
