Ian van Schilfgaarde - Flagstaff, AZ

Mr. van Schilfgaarde focuses his legal practice on criminal defense, DUI defense, personal injury, and civil rights litigation. Local to Flagstaff, Mr. van Schilfgaarde graduated from Northern Arizona University and the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Tempe, where he was awarded highest honors for his pro bono service.

During law school, Mr. van Schilfgaarde interned at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and clerked for Griffen & Stevens where he concentrated his efforts on litigation and trial work. Mr. van Schilfgaarde also coached an Arizona high school mock trial team during his law school tenure. Mr. van Schilfgaarde is committed to providing optimal legal services to Arizonans in need of justice.

Away from the office, Mr. van Schilfgaarde enjoys traveling, running, hiking with his family and dog, and rooting for the Phoenix Suns.
