If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!! YOURE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF THAN GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY JUST TO WORK AGAINST YOU. They are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, terrible customer service, condescending, and they just don't care. I've never had an experience so bad in my life. It is a complete waste of time and money to go with these guys. I'm surprised they are even in business. I really am. From the bottom of my heart... worst law firm ever!!!

    Hired Law firm 2022-2023
My case was handed to a different lawyer after the first lawyer quit. I had to deal with so many different people that didn't know anything about my case. I would not recommend this firm.

Very beneficial conversation, giving me a little more understanding as to what lies ahead per my circumstances. Great place to start, consultation was free and got me in same day. Low Down payment and affordable monthly payment.

    Consulted Law firm 2023
    Recommends this Law firm
I just had my free initial consultation after speaking with a very kind lady on the phone. They were able to explain in detail what was going on and what I should expect next, and also provided me with some options and what they recommended. Needless to say, I left feeling a lot better about my situation. I will definitely be working with them from now on.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
