This lawyer should have lost his license to practice law in 2001 when he was assigned a case of domestic violence for the defendant spanking his child on the butt for starting a fight in school. I believe Taylor conspired with the district attorney to punish the defendant because the district attorney at that time was not a parent or disapproved of corporal punishment, as Mr Fox was a court appointed attorney and under the direction of said district attorney. Mr fox hounded the defendant for a plea after several times being told by the defendant that he did not want to admit guilt for disciplining his child. However that did not stop Fox from continually asking for a plea to the point of feeling badgered, no doubt by the pressure from the district attorney or his boss, not listening to the defendants wishes. Due to the long time of this threat hanging over the defendant and continual badgering from his attorney, the defendant gave in and stated that he would take the plea to disorderly conduct as long as there was no indication of domestic violence in the agreement, Mr Taylor W. Fox agreed. The documents were signed and probation began. As the years passed the defendant applied to purchase a gun and was denied due to the domestic violence charge on his record which was news to the defendant. Come to find out there was mention of the domestic violence in the plea agreement as the defendant put his trust in Taylor to represent his wished were disregarded and due process and trust was trampled upon by this attorney Taylor W.
