I’m Joshua Park, and I’ve been practicing law since 2018. From day one, I’ve focused on one mission—standing up for people who’ve been hurt through no fault of their own.

I fight for the ones who are in pain, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn after an injury. The ones who are facing medical bills, phone calls from insurance adjusters, and uncertainty about their future. I fight for them because I’ve been there—not in the exact same way, but close enough to understand how isolating and frustrating it can feel when it seems like no one’s in your corner.

When I was a kid, I suffered multiple head injuries. It led to brain surgery, and I lost a significant portion of my hearing. Doctors weren’t sure what my future would look like. A lot of people doubted what I’d be capable of—whether I could keep up, whether I could achieve anything big. That kind of doubt can stick with you. But it didn’t break me. It fueled me.

Ever since, I’ve been on a path to prove people wrong—and to prove to others like me that they’re not alone. That someone will fight for them. Becoming an attorney wasn’t just a career decision for me. It was personal. I knew what it was like to not have someone advocating for you, and I wanted to be that person for others.

Since 2018, I’ve been in courtrooms, at negotiation tables, and everywhere in between—fighting for victims of negligence. Car crashes. Serious falls. Life-changing injuries. I’ve developed a reputation as someone who doesn’t back down from tough cases. And I’ve learned that what makes the biggest difference isn’t just knowing the law—it’s understanding your client’s story. It’s being willing to go all-in for the people I represent.
