Mark Dillon provides direct and straightforward advice to assist clients in achieving their goals as simply and efficiently as possible. Through more than 25 years practicing law, he has accumulated a unique blend of general business law, employment law, and real estate law experience, representing businesses in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, service companies, real estate brokerage, property management, and others.
In the employment law area, he handles charges of discrimination, wage and hour issues, FMLA leave, employee handbooks, training, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, separation agreements, and other matters. In business law and real estate, he handles, among other things, general contracts, commercial leases, real estate purchase agreements, agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses, property management agreements, and broker-related agreements.
