Hired Law firm 2023-2024TIM'S SPINNING IN HIS GRAVE ... What do I mean? Read the Morgan & Morgan Tear-Jerker... ...The Day It All Began It was a spring day in 1977 in Orlando, Florida. Tim Morgan—then just 18 and a senior in high school—was on duty as a lifeguard at Disney World. When a woman reported her daughter missing, Tim dutifully dove into the water where the mother believed her daughter was last seen. Tragedy struck when Tim hit a submerged dock pylon and was rushed to the hospital with a severe spinal cord injury. The doctors told John Morgan that his brother was paralyzed from the chest down and would not live 10 years. John told them they were wrong and left the meeting. Channeling the same fighting spirit, John, Tim, and their family decided to take legal action against Disney World. Unfortunately, they hired the wrong lawyer, and Disney refused to settle. John was outraged at the ill-treatment of his brother and knew he had to right this wrong. So, he founded the law firm Morgan & Morgan....(end) AND THE LESSON IS... NOW WE ALL KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO HIRE THE WRONG LAWYER, AND OUTRAGED WE ARE, ALSO. You get what you pay for so expect nothing. M&M works on a formula basis with boilerplate documents and as little effort or expenditure as possible. Exploration? Discovery? Investigation?...YOU don't deserve it...but mind you..the ones with the MONA'Y...they're getting it. M&M Phoenix, AZ is a lazy, unsupervised workplace full of clerical personnel and paralegals, the actual attorney on site is overworked, looking only for high dollar potential. M&M will drop your case without the slightest concern for wasting your time and acting the complete opposite of professional attorneys, held to a code of ethics. The law firm for the place I'm suing is very pleased I chose Morgan and Morgan. Reader, Take Note: Neither Krystal Flores nor her replacement Brenda Echevarra... ...Went to the site…Interviewed personal…Got a copy of the incident report…Asked for camera footage…Contacted my Workers Comp…or even kept an updated file; in spite of my contributions of information and photos, they sent me away from their office with my file containing little to nothing that showed the slightest amount of effort was made. Remember, these are not Ambulance Chasers; under the guise of professional help, you give them permission to absolutely profit off your situation, and if at any time they don’t think they can achieve the numbers they forecasted on the day of your tragedy, they’ll dump you for the next situation like any other parasitical opportunists would. You, personally, never even existed, it was only another circumstance for them to exploit. You don’t see them as Con artists, but they actually pass Bar exams to become nothing but.
