TIMOTHY J. Tim’s focus is plaintiffs’ catastrophic injury and wrongful death law, including nursing home neglect and abuse, products liability, plaintiffs’ business litigation, medical negligence, and wrongful employment termination. He has earned the distinguished certification by the Arizona State Bar Association as a Board-Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. The Certified Specialist designation is an honor earned by less than 1% of Arizona trial attorneys.
