Michael A. Wade Esq. focuses his practice entirely on the area of the accident and personal injury law. He only represents injured individuals and their families.

Mr. Wade founded Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys in 1994 along with his partner, which focuses exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has handled numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile, bicycle, motorcycle and trucking accidents. Mr. Wade has obtained significant settlements for his clients. As a licensed attorney in the State of Arizona since 1991, Mr. Wade has been standing up for the rights of injury victims all over Arizona. With nearly three decades of experience, Mr. Wade is actively involved in the leadership of the legal community. Mr. Wade has represented accident victims in Maricopa, Greenlee, Pima, Pinal, Mohave, Yuma, Apache, Gila, Cochise, La Paz, Coconino, and Navajo counties in Arizona.

From 1994 to present, Mr. Wade has handled personal injury and accident cases. Prior to founding this law firm and after graduating from law school, he practiced with a mid-size Phoenix law firm that specialized in real estate litigation. Through this experience, Mr. Wade was either lead counsel or second chair on over twenty trials in Maricopa County. This experience was useful, as Mr. Wade has successfully resolved thousands of accident cases in Arizona.

Mr. Wade graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Finance and Accounting in 1988. He attended law school at Arizona State University and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1991 while being recognized as a Pedrick Scholar. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1991, the Colorado Bar in 1992, the US District Court, District of Arizona, in 1991, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1991. He has been an active member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1991.

Mr. Wade is also actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations around the valley. He has been married for over 25 years and enjoys golf and spending time with his two teenage children.
