Jesse D. Cook - Tempe, AZ

Jesse D. Cook, is a licensed attorney and an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Montana. Jesse received his B.A. from Arizona State University and J.D. from the University of South Dakota. While in law school, Jesse served as editor-in-chief of the Great Plains Natural Resources Journal, an environmental law review journal. Jesse also studied German and European Union Law at the University of Munich in Munich, Germany.

After completing law school, Jesse practiced law as an insurance defense attorney in Billings, Montana for several years. There he defended numerous businesses, contractors and individuals who were being sued. After moving back home to Arizona, Jesse has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all sorts of civil disputes. Through his experience of being both a defense and plaintiff’s lawyer, Jesse has gained the insight and experience needed to anticipate what the opposition will do and prepare for every scenario in each case.

Since 2002, Jesse has also owned and operated JDC Sports Management, a sports agency which has represented professional football, baseball and basketball players. Jesse is a certified agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) and currently represents Major League and Minor League Baseball Players. Jesse is also Registered Athlete Agent by the State of Arizona.
