Divorce
Divorce is not an end but rather a transition. We help our clients secure their futures by making the transition as easy as possible. We fight for their rights or work collaboratively with their spouses, building the continuity that their families deserve.
Child Custody
We help divorcing couples build plans that serve the best interests of their children. All the important duties and responsibilities of married parents need to continue in a formal manner - this is a legal obligation and a requirement of the divorce process. We work to make sure that the process is fair. Our law firm also handles complex or contentious child custody disputes.
