TJ Fosko - Fort Smith, AR

T.J. Fosko was raised in rural Arkansas. In 2000, he moved to Conway, where he attended the University of Central Arkansas, graduating summa cum laude in 2005 with a double major in Theatre and Writing and Rhetoric from the university's Honors College program.

In 2010, T.J. decided to attend law school. He successfully applied at the Wiliam H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During the next four years, he attended evening classes while maintaining full time employment during the day. T.J. also joined the UALR Law Review, where he was published twice as a student and also served as Associate Notes Editor. T.J. also served a term as vice president of the part-time division in the Student Bar Association. He graduated in 2014, with High Honors, ranking second in his class. During law school, T.J. worked full time at a Little Rock firm primarily focused on family law, while also working on complex litigation matters, including class action litigation.

After law school, T.J. worked in personal injury law and general practice until successfully applying for a clerkship for the Honorable Brian S. Miller during Judge Miller's term as Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. After serving for Judge Miller and as a pro se law clerk for the Eastern District of Arkansas, T.J. decided to move to Northwest Arkansas in 2019, where he began practicing in domestic relations. He later began working again in personal injury law and civil litigation. In 2024, he found himself longing for the more personalized nature of domestic relations and decided to return his focus to helping people through the often difficult waters of domestic court.
