Overview
Jennings Morgan has called Arkansas home his entire life. He was born and raised in North Little Rock and is a proud graduate of Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Arkansas, Morgan returned to Little Rock where he received his Juris Doctorate from the Bowen School of Law.
After law school, Morgan served as a judicial law clerk for Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox before going to work as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his time as a Prosecuting Attorney, he advocated for victims of Pulaski County and litigated a wide range of felony cases.
Morgan realizes the importance of giving every client he works with the required attention they deserve in order to achieve a resolution that is fair for them. He will be a trusted advisor and advocate for those who entrust him as their attorney. His drive to help others who have fallen victim to circumstances through no fault of their own is what brought him to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton.
In his free time, Morgan enjoys playing golf, rooting on the Razorbacks, and spending time with his wife, son, and their two Irish Terriers. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association.
