Carter Eaton, originally from McAlester, Oklahoma, first discovered his passion for legal work while on his high school mock trial team, where he lead them to their very first state tournament. In 2017, he graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a degree in Philosophy. He then honed his skills at the University of Arkansas School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate. Carter’s dedication to his craft was recognized with the coveted Top of Class Honor award in Trial Advocacy.
Carter began practicing law in 2021 at a small firm, where he zealously represented criminal, civil, and family law clients. He has extensive experience defending a variety of criminal offenses, ranging from the least serious misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. Known for his compassion and professionalism, he is committed to providing excellent, comprehensive legal representation and achieving positive outcomes for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his bike, playing the guitar, and traveling with his wife.
