Brynna Barnica - Rogers, AR

Brynna Barnica is a seasoned trial attorney whose career has been defined by courtroom experience, fierce advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

A Northwest Arkansas native, Brynna brings nearly two decades of legal experience to Keith Law Group, including extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom. Before dedicating her practice to representing individuals who have been injured, she served as both a criminal defense attorney and a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County. That unique background has given her an uncommon understanding of litigation—from investigating a case and evaluating evidence to negotiating with opposing counsel and presenting compelling arguments before a jury.

Brynna earned her undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Arkansas, followed by her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List and held a leadership position in the Health Law Student Organization. She was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2006.

Early in her career, Brynna practiced at a Rogers law firm, handling a broad range of matters including criminal law, family law, and wills and estates. She then spent more than four years with the Benton County Public Defender's Office, where she negotiated and litigated hundreds of criminal matters while representing clients facing serious charges.

In 2011, Brynna joined the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and handled approximately 15 jury trials involving a wide range of offenses, including homicide. For nearly two years, she served as Chief Deputy Prosecutor in Division Two, where she not only handled complex litigation herself but also provided leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other prosecutors.

Her dedication to her clients, colleagues, and community was recognized in 2022 when she received the Benton County Employee Recognition Award, an honor for which she was nominated by her colleagues.

Today, Brynna brings that extensive courtroom and litigation experience to Keith Law Group, where she focuses her practice on representing people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Her years spent both prosecuting and defending complex cases give her a valuable perspective when evaluating evidence, identifying weaknesses in an opposing party's case, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing a case for trial.

Brynna understands that a personal injury is about far more than a medical bill or an insurance claim. An unexpected injury can affect a person's ability to work, care for their family, enjoy their life, and plan for the future. She takes the time to understand not only what happened to her clients, but how the injury has changed their lives.

Her approach is personal, strategic, and relentless. She believes clients deserve an attorney who will listen to them, prepare thoroughly, communicate honestly, and have the courage to pursue justice when a fair resolution cannot be reached through negotiation.

A lifelong Northwest Arkansas resident, Brynna lives in the area with her husband of 20 years. Outside of her legal practice, she remains active in her community and is a member of the Bella Vista Church of Christ.
