He’s handled a wide variety of matters and has been recognized by his peers for his investigative skills and for effectively prosecuting several highly challenging liability cases and injury causation cases, specifically involving spine injuries and brain injuries. He has successfully handled cases from inception through trial, and he has achieved multi-million-dollar results in cases involving car crashes, dangerous roadways, dangerous products, and nursing home abuse.
Jordan has been named a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters and a Top Lawyer by Sacramento Magazine. He has a 10/10 rating by Avvo, and a 4.7/5 rating by Martindale Nolo. Jordan is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, and the Christian Legal Society. Jordan is also a member of the American Association for Justice and its Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.
In addition to his law practice, Jordan is the past president of the Placer County Law Library and the past president of the Placer County Bar Association (“PCBA”). He is also a co-founder of the PCBA civil law section and founder of the PCBA Ski & Snowboard Club. He is also a member of the Placer County Historical Society and the Games Management Team for Special Olympics of Northern California.
Jordan previously worked for two of the largest firms in California in their respective practice areas (personal injury and construction litigation). He received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated early and with honors. Jordan also took and passed the California Bar Exam early. During law school, he worked full-time as a law clerk with one of the largest personal injury firms in California and volunteered with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, he worked full-time waiting tables while earning his undergraduate degree from Sacramento State University, where he also graduated with honors.
Jordan was raised in Placer County and graduated from Colfax High School. He currently resides in Placer County with his wife and their two children.
