Benton F. McKnight earned a degree in Business Administration from Biola University. He graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in 1985. After practicing law for a large civil defense firm in Los Angeles, Benton McKnight returned to Bakersfield where he has practiced law with McKnight, McKnight, McKnight & McKnight for over 30 years. In 2019, Benton F. McKnight started McKnight and McKnight Law, APC. Benton McKnight has been invited to speak at the Statewide Consumer Attorneys of California Convention on topics including Accident Reconstruction and Jury Selection. Mr. McKnight has served on the Kern County Bar Association Board of Directors. Benton McKnight is a personal injury lawyer who has successfully represented many injured clients and their families in major personal injury and wrongful death claims.
