Verified ClientHired Law firm 2015Joshua Wilson prepared the trust documents for my in-laws in about 2013, and we only recently had to use them after the loss of both of my in-laws (2020 and 2022.) We didn't have any problems in settling their estate. My spouse and I also had Mr. Wilson prepare our own trust documents in 2015. We haven't had a chance to test his competence on those yet (knock on wood,) but the process of getting them prepared, signed, and our deed to our house put into the trust was smooth. I wanted to get these important documents done years earlier, but my spouse was always "too busy." I'm just glad we'd done it before having a one-in-a-century pandemic hit.

Consulted Law firm 2025They told me it would be a $500 fee to find out if they do my type of project. I deal with attorneys all they time, have several on retainer depending on where I am working on a project. This is unheard of, especially in a small town like this. Very Comical. Id say away
