Okay so I thought dealing with my injury case was going to be like super stressful and totally awful but Bob Khakshooy made it all so easy. I was totally shocked at how smooth everything went Bob was super chill and knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure I got the best results and kept me in the loop the whole time. His team was also super friendly and helpful. If you need a lawyer who actually cares and gets stuff done you gotta go with Bob Khakshooy. Seriously five stars all the way!

I would like to give sincere thanks to Bob Khakshooy who handled my accident case. It took almost 3 years to settle because of all the medical care I needed. Bob was so kind and sincere. He and his staff arranged all of my Dr appts, set up procedures with some amazing doctors. Bob was available to talk to me when I had questions or concerns. His staff did all the work for me. I was very happy with the end results of the case and I would go back to Mr Khakshooy for any legal needs. If you want the best, call Mr Khakshooys office. So kind and caring people! Also huge thank you to Mr Zuckerman from Carpenter, Zuckerman and Rowley for assisting with settling my case. You can count on competent attorneys who will go the extra mile for their clients. Thank you all so much!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
