Arrash T. Fattahi is a Partner at Wilshire Law Firm, where he focuses on labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. Arrash earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor for the prestigious Federal Circuit Bar Journal. His commitment to public service was recognized through his completion of more than 340 hours of pro bono work during law school. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focusing on American Government, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Arrash is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA, including a member of the Wage & Hour Committee), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Iranian American Bar Association (IABA). He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, the State of Washington, and the State of Oregon. Arrash was also selected as a “Southern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Outside of law, Arrash enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing chess and backgammon, traveling, and is a devoted Lakers fan.
