Philippe’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on representing employees in class and Private Attorney General Act ("PAGA") actions.

Philippe is admitted to practice law in all state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Philippe received a Master of Laws (LL.M) in General Studies with a Specialization in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law and Policy from the University of California – Los Angeles. Prior to that, Philippe graduated with two Masters degrees in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Business Law Institute of Aix-Marseille University, France.

Before joining the firm, Philippe developed extensive wage and hour class and PAGA action experience while serving as an Associate Attorney at a leading national Plaintiff's law firm handling complex high-stakes litigation.

Before dedicating his full time and energy to his legal education and career, Phillippe was a professional surfer.

Philippe is fluent in English and French.
