He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he served as symposium editor for Pepperdine’s Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law, and clerked for both the Pepperdine Caruso Religious Liberty Clinic and the Supreme Court of Rwanda.
Following law school, he accepted a prestigious judicial clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas under the mentorship of the Honorable Judge Pittman. During his clerkship, Ryan solidified his reputation as a top-tier legal writer and played a pivotal role in drafting published opinions on a wide range of legal matters.
In addition to his strength as a litigation attorney, Ryan has served as Executive Director of Name, Image, and Likeness for Liberty University basketball; and he currently serves as the first General Manager of Name, Image, and Likeness for Pepperdine University Athletics.
