April Roberts has been representing civil litigation clients from case inception through resolution for over sixteen years. From Real Estate, Contract, Business, Probate/Trust litigation, Elder/Dependent Abuse, Unlawful Detainer and Adversary Proceedings in Bankruptcy, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. She has represented hundreds of debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Attorney Roberts represents both consumers/debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. April Roberts can form and organize each manner of business entity that you may require. Extensive experience in estate planning, trust formation, probate litigation, and trust litigation for both plaintiff and defense.
