Bobby B. Ashrafi - Carlsbad, CA

Bobby B. Ashrafi is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation. He also advises title insurers on claims involving liens, encumbrances, boundary disputes, and other issues affecting residential and commercial real property.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ashrafi served as a volunteer trial attorney with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where he conducted criminal jury trials. He also gained experience in business and real estate litigation, as well as transactional matters involving project finance and real estate acquisitions.

Mr. Ashrafi earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, he was an active member of the Pepperdine Law Review.

During law school, Mr. Ashrafi served as a judicial extern to the Honorable S. James Otero of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where he drafted bench memoranda and orders on matters involving immigration, patent, and criminal law. He also participated in the due diligence for a multi-million-dollar acquisition of a Panamanian mining company during a summer legal internship.

Mr. Ashrafi lived in Spain for nearly three years and is fluent in Spanish and Farsi. He also has a working knowledge of Italian and French.
