Brandon Washington - Carlsbad, CA

Brandon Washington joined Dillon Miller Ahuja & Boss, LLP as an Associate attorney in 2023. Mr. Washington’s practice focuses on general corporate and business transactional matters. Mr. Washington also assists in representing clients concerning civil litigation and real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Washington practiced general corporate and business transactions concerning various transactional matters, including, entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial transactions and agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

For his undergrad, Mr. Washington attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After his undergrad, Mr. Washington attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor.

As a native of Southern California’s coastal region, Mr. Washington has a deep connection to the local communities of San Diego County and enjoys spending time near the beaches and venturing the outdoors hiking.
