Daniel Martin hails from the scenic Northeast, where he spent his early years in Vermont and New York. He studied at St. Bonaventure University, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He completed law school in San Diego, CA.

Since 1990, Daniel has been a dedicated practitioner of family law, with a heartfelt commitment to children's issues. His passion for advocating for the welfare of minors is evident in his role as minor's counsel for the San Diego Superior Court. Additionally, Daniel has been contributing to the legal community as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge since the mid-1990s, bringing his expertise to the table in facilitating resolutions.
