Mr. Yurcich attended law school at the University of San Diego School Of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2000. During law school, Mr. Yurcich was an extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge James Stiven, at the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Yurcich was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000, and is currently admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts.
Mr. Yurcich specializes in complex civil litigation, including bad faith insurance coverage, construction defects, construction litigation, and contract disputes. Mr. Yurcich focuses his practice in the insurance coverage area. He counsels his contractor and developer clients concerning their insurance disputes and strategies to procure insurance coverage for construction related lawsuits. Mr. Yurcich also has extensive experience handling a variety of civil cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
